PLUMB
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Plumb. By creating an account or using Plumb, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms to use Plumb. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of Plumb is permitted where you live.
Plumb is a personal budgeting, bill organization and financial planning tool. It can help you organize expenses, recurring bills, income, cash flow, balances, debts and goals that you choose to enter.
The first App Store release of Plumb is designed around information you enter manually. Plumb does not connect to your bank or brokerage account, request bank credentials, move money, execute securities transactions or extend credit.
Plumb is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, lender, tax adviser, law firm, credit counselor or fiduciary. Plumb does not hold customer funds or provide personalized financial or investment recommendations.
Calculations, forecasts, projections, Safe to Spend amounts, debt-payoff estimates, growth illustrations and other planning outputs are estimates based on the information available to Plumb and the assumptions used by a feature. They are provided for educational and planning purposes only, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and do not constitute an offer, guarantee, recommendation, or promise of a particular financial result.
You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information you enter into Plumb. You remain responsible for your own financial decisions and should independently verify information before acting on it.
You are responsible for maintaining control of your device, account credentials and authentication methods. Do not share passwords, verification codes or other sensitive authentication information. Notify Plumb through an official support channel if you believe your account has been compromised.
Plumb may rely on third-party providers for services such as authentication, hosting, database infrastructure and notifications. Those providers may have their own terms and privacy practices. Plumb is not responsible for third-party services outside of Plumb's control.
You may not misuse Plumb, attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, interfere with operation of the service, reverse engineer the service except where applicable law expressly permits it, use Plumb for unlawful activity, or use automated means to abuse or overload the service.
Plumb and its software, design, branding and original content are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive and revocable right to use Plumb for its intended purpose. You retain ownership of information you provide to Plumb.
Plumb may add, change, suspend or discontinue features as the service evolves. The service may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, outages, third-party dependencies or events outside of Plumb's control. Plumb does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
You may initiate deletion of your Plumb account from Settings. Plumb may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or third parties, or when these Terms are materially violated. Account deletion is subject to information Plumb may be legally required to retain.
If Plumb introduces paid features or subscriptions in the future, additional purchase terms shown at the time of purchase may apply. The first App Store release does not require a Plumb subscription to use its core budgeting and bill-organization features.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Plumb is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Plumb will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for losses resulting from reliance on estimates, forecasts, service interruptions or decisions made using Plumb. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
Plumb may update these Terms as the service changes. When material changes are made, the effective date will be updated and additional notice may be provided when appropriate. Continued use after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
Questions about these Terms can be submitted to plumbfinance@outlook.com.
Plumb calculations and planning estimates are for educational and organizational purposes only. They are not financial, investment, tax, legal, credit or lending advice.
