PLUMB
Plumb is a personal budgeting, bill organization and financial planning app. This policy explains what information Plumb processes, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
Plumb may process account information such as your email address; financial information you choose to enter, including balances, income, expenses, recurring bills, debts and goals; app preferences and security settings; notification preferences and device notification tokens when notifications are enabled; and limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
The first App Store release of Plumb is designed around information you enter manually. Plumb does not connect to your bank or brokerage account, does not request bank credentials, does not move money, and does not execute investment transactions.
Plumb uses information to organize your budget and bills; calculate cash flow and planning estimates; track balances, debts and goals; save your preferences; protect your account; deliver notifications you enable; and operate, maintain and troubleshoot the service.
Plumb uses service providers for functions such as authentication, database infrastructure, hosting and optional notifications. Those providers may process information only as reasonably necessary to provide those services. Plumb does not sell personal or financial information.
Plumb uses access controls and other safeguards designed to protect personal and financial information. Sensitive server credentials are not intentionally embedded in the mobile application. No electronic storage or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Plumb retains information as reasonably necessary to provide and secure the service and to meet applicable legal obligations. You can initiate permanent deletion of your Plumb account from Settings. Account deletion is designed to remove the account and associated user-owned Plumb data, subject to information that must be retained for legal or security reasons.
You decide what financial information to enter into Plumb and whether to enable optional notifications. You can sign out at any time, change supported preferences in Settings, and initiate account deletion from Settings.
Plumb is not intended for people under 18, and Plumb does not knowingly collect personal information from people under 18.
This policy may be updated as Plumb changes. When material changes are made, the effective date will be updated and additional notice may be provided when appropriate.
